Queather stores account information such as your username, email address, authentication ID, optional email verification status, profile settings, and account session data. Passwords are handled through authentication systems and are not stored by Queather as plain text.

Gameplay and Fair Play

Queather stores gameplay information such as cities shown, guesses, scores, coins, streaks, games played, challenge progress, leaderboard placement, weekly rewards, custom game party codes, lobby players, match settings, round timers, and final rankings. Score and coin calculations may be checked server-side to prevent abuse.

Profiles, Friends, Chat, and Inbox

Queather stores profile details such as avatars, cosmetics, inventory, equipped items, unlocked tags, selected tags, friends, friend requests, room invitations, inbox updates, and chat preferences. Custom room chat is intended to be temporary and may be cleared when a room ends, closes, or no longer has enough players.

Coins, Items, Crates, and Purchases

Coins, crates, cosmetics, avatar items, and tags are digital goods used only inside Queather. They have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be adjusted if there is fraud, a chargeback, an exploit, a bug, or a moderation reason. Payment card details are handled by third-party payment providers, not stored by Queather.

Security, Anti-Cheat, and Moderation

Queather may store logs, request patterns, anti-cheat events, suspicious score or coin activity, bans, account flags, audit logs, admin actions, contact messages, and limited technical data such as browser information, device information, IP address, or hashed IP data. These records help protect fair gameplay, accounts, and the service.

Cookies and Local Storage

Queather may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences such as units and chat settings, cache profile display data, support gameplay, protect accounts, and improve performance.

Third-Party Services

Queather uses third-party services for authentication, database hosting, website hosting, backend hosting, weather data, radar/map tiles, payments, email or account messages, analytics, logs, and monitoring where enabled. These services may process data according to their own policies.

Rules You Agree To

You agree not to cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, manipulate API requests, abuse leaderboards, harass other players, spam chat or inbox systems, impersonate others, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Queather may remove points, coins, rewards, tags, items, leaderboard entries, or account access if rules are violated.

Refunds and Digital Goods

Purchases are generally final unless required by law or approved for a verified issue such as a duplicate transaction or undelivered purchase. Crates and randomized rewards do not guarantee a specific item or rarity.
